BNO was born from one man’s brokenness and became an outlet for 100’s of men to safely talk throughout the years since.
BNO is safe place for men to come and enjoy each other’s company without judgement or condemnation.
We smoke cigars (not required), we eat together, and we solve the world’s problems in just a couple hours. Not really, but we do love our conversations.
No two meetings are ever the same. There is no agenda other than giving men a voice if they need it.
Our Core Tenents
Men Need God
You are not required to be a believer to attend BNO. We have men attending who are not. Just be aware we do not shy away from our Creator.
Men Need Men
Most men will say they have friends but not as many can say they have “brothers.” That is what the BNO circle creates.
Men Need A Safe Place to Talk
Men are solitary creatures and have few, if any, outlets to talk. BNO is that outlet. You can speak here with no judgement or condemnation.

For the last 9 years we have had an annual retreat where we spend 3 days in the mountains near Dekkers, CO. We have daily teachings with plenty of time to reflect, to explore, to sit around the fires and just be men. It’s a great time and a wonderful way to get out of the city, relax, and bond with other men.
